About Rosemary

Rosemary Ravinal is an accredited public relations professional (APR), e-Speaker certified visual presenter, media expert, executive coach, and public speaker. Rosemary founded RMR Communications Consulting to address gaps in presentation skills, public speaking, and media readiness among C-suite executives in bilingual (English Spanish) and bicultural settings.

In 2020, she adapted her coaching model for the virtual stage and created the ZoomScoreTM based on ten essential elements of professional video meetings. Her public workshops and custom training for corporate teams are preparing business leaders for the new normal of the hybrid and remote workplace.

She was the first Hispanic contributing news analyst for MSNBC and hosted several award-winning local TV and radio shows in the New York area. Currently, she is president of Miami-Wynwood Toastmasters, and member of the National Speakers Association and Florida Speakers Association.

For more than three decades, she was a senior corporate communications leader and spokesperson for Fortune 500 companies, non-profit organizations and agencies in New York and South Florida. These include Avon, AT&T, A+E Television Networks, Telemundo, Fleishman-Hillard, Discovery Channel, Ericsson, and Toyota. More recently, she was vice president of public relations at TelevisaUnivision, the world’s largest Spanish-language media cand entertainment company.

Rosemary holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Adelphi University, and a master’s in Global Strategic Communication from Florida International University. She also earned an Executive Certificate in Public Leadership from the Harvard Kennedy School.

Rosemary serves on the advisory boards of the University of South Florida College of Business Digital Marketing program, and the Briyah Institute for an Impact Economy. She is a leadership communication partner at Right Management Florida and the Caribbean, and a faculty member of BizHack Academy.

Born in Cuba and raised in New York, she now resides in Miami, Florida.
