Carrie is the founder of Los Angeles-based RainShadow Coaching. She is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF) – the governing body and gold standard for the coaching field and was the 2022 President for the award winning ICF Los Angeles Chapter. She holds a graduate certification in evidence-based coaching from Fielding Graduate University, and an MA in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University.
